There is a wealth of forgotten images to be discovered everywhere from flea markets to garage sales, and the antique books, vintage postcards, old postage stamps, newspapers and magazines found there carry a tangible sense of history. Each tile in this collection is reversible, offering two distinct options for wear and an unspoken story behind the pairings I choose.

Illustrations tell about more than just their subject matter through the printing methods and styles of the era; the organic flow of art nouveau, fine detail of victorian etchings, simple renderings of children’s book illustrations and bold graphics of postage stamps. I scan all antique and vintage original materials so that I can archivally print select compositions of birds, landscapes, portraits and text.
